Yoga is my passion, purpose, and way of life. As a dedicated trainer with over five years of experience, I integrate traditional and modern styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, to promote mindfulness and holistic wellness. Rooted in the philosophy of living in the present moment, my approach helps individuals cultivate self-awareness and inner peace. I specialize in therapeutic yoga, addressing lifestyle disorders like diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis through holistic practices. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Yogic Sciences and a PhD in progress, I combine practice and research to guide individuals toward balance, strength, and overall well-being.
Growing up in the serene mountains of Jammu and Kashmir, my early practice of basic yoga shaped my path toward a Master’s in Yoga Sciences from Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. With 200 hours of TTC from Sarva Yoga and seven years of teaching experience, I am deeply inspired by yoga’s transformative power to foster inner peace, balance, and purpose. I strive to create nurturing spaces where students combine physical postures with philosophical insights, embarking on journeys of self-discovery and growth.

With over 9 years of practicing & teaching experience, I am a Certified Yoga Coach and Therapist, celebrated for my expertise as a celebrity trainer. My journey began at a young age, driven by a passion for yoga, which led me to earn a degree in Yogic Sciences from the University of Patanjali. I have refined my expertise with advanced certifications, including a 200-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training Course and training in Yoga Therapy. To me, yoga is a harmonious blend of body, mind, and soul, practiced with mindfulness and grace. My goal is to make yoga accessible to all, guiding individuals toward inner awareness and self-realization.
